Edition 2025 — Only Wine Festival

The 2025 edition of Only Wine Festival brought together dozens of young winemakers and small wineries from all over Italy at Palazzo Vitelli a Sant'Egidio. Among tasting counters, masterclasses led by sommeliers, and a growing international presence, the event confirmed its role as a showcase for emerging enology in the Upper Tiber Valley.

The 2025 edition of Only Wine Festival brought to Città di Castello, in the Renaissance halls of Palazzo Vitelli a Sant'Egidio, about a hundred young producers and small wineries selected according to the event's historical criteria (under 40, less than 15 years of activity, or less than 10 hectares of vineyards). Visitors could freely taste at the counters and participate in masterclasses conducted by sommeliers, exploring native grape varieties and Italian denominations. The 2025 edition also provided space for the international dimension, with guest foreign producers.
