Edition 2025 — Olivum

The first edition of Olivum debuted in the spring of 2025 in Bardolino, dedicated to Garda DOP extra virgin olive oil. Producers' stands, guided tastings, walks among olive trees, and the awarding of the AIPO d'Argento International Competition animated the lakefront, marking the start of an event later confirmed in 2026.

The inaugural edition of Olivum, in the spring of 2025, brought a new festival dedicated to Garda DOP extra virgin olive oil to Bardolino. Promoted by Fondazione Bardolino TOP with the Garda DOP Protection Consortium and AIPO, the event featured producers' stands, guided tastings, direct sales, and walks among the olive groves of the Garda hills. The success of the first edition led to the confirmation and expansion of the event in 2026, with its inclusion among the events of the National Day of Made in Italy.
