Edition 2025 — OlìVolà

The 2025 edition of OlìVolà confirmed the winning formula of the Berici Hills Olive Festival, with a market exhibition, open oil mills, extra virgin olive oil and typical product tastings, walks through olive groves, and guided tours of the historical and archaeological heritage of Barbarano and Mossano.

In 2025, OlìVolà once again brought Barbarano and Mossano together in one great festival dedicated to the extra virgin olive oil of the Berici Hills. The program, spread across the two villages connected by footpaths, featured the market exhibition of agricultural and artisanal products, open oil mills, tastings, guided walks through hills and olive groves, and visits to historic villas, archaeological sites, and the Mossano Prisons, with lunches and stands organised by the local Pro Loco associations.
