Olive Oil Festival 2025 — The 26th Edition

The 26th edition of the Olive Oil Festival in Lucca Sicula was held from October 24 to 26, 2025, in the center of the Agrigento village, between Piazza and Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The event, promoted by the Municipality with the support of the Sicilian Region, celebrated local extra virgin olive oil with a rich program of shows and free tastings.

Key highlights included the cabaret show by Stefano Piazza on Friday, October 24, and the concert by I Cugini di Campagna on Saturday, October 25. Every day, the Cantu e Cuntu itinerant groups animated the streets with Sicilian music and traditions. The event also featured a large communal banquet on the main street, the record-breaking Pane cunzato, a talk show dedicated to Lucca Sicula oil, and an exhibition village with local producers. The "Calogero Amato Vetrano" hospitality school of Sciacca and the "Luigi Pirandello" school of Bivona collaborated on the tastings, alongside the "Sacro Cuore" Association of Cattolica Eraclea.
