Edition 2025 — Olive Festival

The 49th edition of the Olive Festival took place in Casalbianco di Valderice (Trapani) on the weekend of November 8-9, 2025. At the former elementary school, the community celebrated the new olive oil with tastings of pane cunzato, extra virgin olive oil, and local Sicilian products, accompanied by displays of harvesting tools and entertainment organized by the A.C.R.A.S.S. Association.

The 49th edition of the Olive Festival was held in Casalbianco, a village in Valderice (Trapani province), on the weekend of November 8-9, 2025. In the heart of the Sicilian autumn, the event celebrated the aroma of freshly pressed new olive oil and the traditions surrounding the olive harvest.

At the former elementary school, visitors were able to taste local extra virgin olive oil on traditional pane cunzato, sample various olive varieties, and enjoy typical local products. The event also featured displays of both ancient and modern harvesting tools, as well as popular celebrations organized by the A.C.R.A.S.S. Socio-Cultural Association of Casalbianco.
