Edition 2025 — Oliva con Gusto

In 2025, Oliva con Gusto animated Oliva Gessi with a day dedicated to local producers, crafts, typical cuisine, and wellness among the hills of Oltrepò Pavese, featuring an artisan market, local wines, folk music, and family activities.

In 2025, Oliva con Gusto once again brought its day dedicated to the flavors and crafts of the region to Oliva Gessi, in Oltrepò Pavese. The local artisan market, typical cuisine with risotto, and the great wines of Oltrepò were the stars, accompanied by folk music and a wellness area with yoga and meditation.

Organized by the Municipality together with the Oltrepavia Association, the festival confirmed itself as an event focused on slow tourism and the discovery of an authentic corner of the province of Pavia.
