OliOlive

The 2025 edition of OliOlive was held in Castel Madama from Friday, November 14 to Sunday, November 16, confirming itself as one of the most anticipated autumn events in the Aniene Valley. Friday opened with the conference "Table Olives: Nutrition, Health, and Tradition" at Castello Orsini, followed in the evening by the "Impressioni d'autore" concert in Piazza Dante and a performance by Daniele si Nasce.

Saturday featured the flag-wavers and musicians of Castel Madama, a show cooking session by chef Marco Rufini, the Street Band Smilf, and in the evening, the highly popular "Voglio tornare negli anni '90" format. Sunday continued with children's entertainment, guided tours of Castello Orsini by the Pro Loco, and dance performances. The free-entry event was sold out and recorded record attendance.
