The 2025 edition of Olio e nons'Olio confirmed Chiaramonte Gulfi's role as the capital of the Monti Iblei DOP extra virgin olive oil, Gulfi sub-zone. In the historic center of the village, with its heart in Piazza Duomo, the olive growing festival brought back its most beloved format: a festival with local products, show cooking, masterclasses, and a tasting area dedicated to the Iblean 'green gold' and local wines.

2025 was a special year: the Monti Iblei DOP celebrated its 25th anniversary of excellence, with conferences and meetings dedicated to quality, innovation, and oil traceability, as well as guided tastings at the Oil Museum of Palazzo Montesano. It was an opportunity to celebrate a product that continues to receive national and international recognition, and to experience the authentic atmosphere of the Iblean village, in the province of Ragusa, in Sicily.
