Edition 2025 — Oktobeerfest

The 2025 edition of the Oktobeerfest was held at the Symposium Cafè in Crispiano from Thursday, September 11th to Sunday, September 14th. Four evenings of celebration with draught German beers and Paulaner Weiß, a rich menu of Bavarian specialties—from pork knuckle to sausages—and live concerts every night, featuring tribute acts, rock, and funk. Free admission and a true Munich Bierhaus atmosphere in the heart of the Itria Valley.

From September 11th to 14th, 2025, the Symposium Cafè on Piazza San Francesco in Crispiano hosted four nights of Oktobeerfest, opening from 9:00 PM with free admission. The venue dressed up for the occasion, recreating the atmosphere of the great Munich tents.

On the menu were the unmissable Bavarian specialties: pork knuckle cooked in beer with sauerkraut and potatoes, half roast chicken, hot dogs with bockwurst, spiced goulash, and grilled ribs. On tap, Oktoberfest-style lagers and bottled Paulaner Weiß. Every night, a different live concert enlivened the party until late at night.
