October Fair 2025

The 2025 edition of the Sorbolo October Fair was held from October 3 to 5 in the centre of Sorbolo Mezzani, in the province of Parma, opening the first stage of the "Di che pasta sei?" event dedicated to the typical pasta of the region.

Among the highlights: the "Di che pasta 6H Run" (Saturday, October 4, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM), the comedy show by Max Pieriboni (Saturday evening), the cooking demonstration by chef Isabella Chiussi, and especially the cooking show by Benedetta Parodi (Sunday, October 5 at 4:30 PM), featuring the presentation of the "Pasta alla Sorbolese" recipe. The event concluded with the concert-show "Voglio tornare negli anni '90" (I want to go back to the 90s). The large market, stands of local producers, and funfair were also present.
