Nuova Linfa: the origins of the festival

Before the 2026 edition, the Nuova Linfa festival took shape at Borgata Paraloup as a cultural project by the entity that manages the site, a hamlet in the municipality of Rittana in the Stura Valley (Province of Cuneo). The underlying idea has remained the same: to bring theatre, music, dance, and storytelling to high altitudes, intertwining art, nature, and Alpine traditions.

The days, spread throughout the summer season, transformed the village at 1,360 metres into a meeting place for artists, hikers, and families, with shows, narrated walks, and convivial moments at the hamlet's mountain hut. An intimate and immersive formula that laid the foundations for subsequent programming.
