Novi Musica Festival — Concert at the Chiesa delle Ghiare

For the 5th edition of the Novi Musica Festival, the Pozzolo Formigaro stop was held on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at 8:30 PM, in the Chiesa delle Ghiare. The protagonists were the Wind Quintet of the RAI National Symphony Orchestra and Teatro alla Scala — Carlo Romano (oboe), Fabrizio Meloni (clarinet), Emanuele Urso (horn), Francesco Giussani (bassoon), and Alessandro Licchetta (piano) — in a program that compared two masterpieces: Mozart's Quintet in E-flat major KV 452 and Beethoven's Quintet in E-flat major Op. 16, both for oboe, clarinet, horn, bassoon, and piano. The evening confirmed the bond between the Novi festival and the community of Pozzolo Formigaro, in the province of Alessandria.
