Edition 2025 — Notes of Taste
The first edition of Note di Gusto - Tramonto in Castello was held on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 7:30 PM, at the Castle of San Pietro di Ragogna. The tasting journey (fee €35, by reservation) featured revisited local products—from Ragognocco to the vegan sandwich Ragovega, to the Btc Burger by chef Stefano Buttazzoni—paired with regional wines and beers. The evening was enlivened by live jazz music from the Uboot Organ Jazz trio, a fire-eater show by Rakesh, and, late in the evening, retro vinyl by the DJ and a cocktail bar.
