Edition 2025 — Note di Vermentino
The 2025 edition of Note di Vermentino was held from Friday, June 20 to Sunday, June 22, 2025, in the Chiostro di San Francesco in Suvereto, with evenings starting at 8:00 PM and free admission without reservation.
The stars were the Vermentino wines of Suvereto and the Val di Cornia, offered for tasting and paired with seafood dinners, ranging from mussel soup and shellfish to fried calamari and cuttlefish. Every evening, live music enlivened the medieval cloister. The 2025 edition coincided with the Romantic Night, an initiative of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy" circuit, and was organized by the Ente Valorizzazione Suvereto with the patronage of the Municipality.
