Notaresco Irish Festival

At the end of August 2025, the village of Notaresco, in the province of Teramo, hosted the last edition of the long season of Celtic and Irish events that had characterized the town for years. Three days of folk and Celtic music, Irish sessions, dancing, shows, a themed market, and Irish beer animated the streets of the center, confirming Notaresco as one of the Abruzzo reference points for Celtic culture.

At the end of that edition, however, the relationship between the organizing association and the municipal administration was severed. It is in this context that the Municipality of Notaresco decided to launch a new, independent event starting in 2026, the Notaresco Irish Festival, to ensure the tradition and the audience built over the years in the Teramo village would not be lost.
