Nòt Film Fest 2025 — "Viva Revolution"

The 2025 edition, the eighth, was held in Santarcangelo di Romagna from August 27 to 31 under the banner of the motto Viva Revolution. The competition presented 63 films for a total of 1425 minutes, by 63 filmmakers (41 male directors and 22 female directors) from 24 countries, divided into 10 feature films and 53 short films, with 38 Italian premieres, 12 European premieres, and 4 world premieres.

The jury brought together prominent figures from international cinema, including Oscar-winning producer Kim Magnusson, Oscar-nominated producer Rebecca Pruzan, and actor Leonardo Maltese, as well as Italian directors and producers. Alongside the screenings, the talks program addressed topics such as self-distribution, alternative financing tools, artificial intelligence applied to cinema, and Oscar-eligible short films. The festival concluded with the awards ceremony and the MovieMaker Pitching Sessions.
