Edition 2025 — Nos dales bales
The 2025 edition of Nos dales bales was held on Tuesday, July 14, 2025, in the center of the village of Badia, in Alta Badia. Starting at 7:00 PM, the main street of the village—closed to traffic for the occasion—hosted a canederli tasting that ranged from sweet to savory and from traditional recipes to more innovative versions.
The church of San Leonardo, along with candles, torches, and local music, provided a picturesque backdrop for the evening. Tickets were available in advance at information offices, with on-site purchase also possible, and no reservation was required. The event confirmed its successful formula as an open-air tasting trail dedicated to the iconic dish of South Tyrol in the heart of the Ladin Dolomites.
