Edition 2025 — Non Solo Classica
The 2025 edition
The 11th edition of the festival was held in Trappeto from July 30 to August 3, 2025, with five evenings in Piazza Umberto I starting at 9:30 PM, with free admission. The artistic direction was entrusted to double bassist Ambrogio D'Amico, with presentation by journalist Anna Cane and the support of the municipal administration led by Mayor Santo Cosentino.
The program
- Wednesday, July 30: Sicilian Jazz Orchestra with Vito Giordano feat. Carmen Avellone, an evening dedicated to Hollywood soundtracks
- Thursday, July 31: Concert by harmonica player Giuseppe Milici and his quartet
- Friday, August 1: Hungarian quartet Horvath Balazs
- Saturday, August 2: Paceco Brass Band directed by Maestro Asaro
- Sunday, August 3: Jumpin'up in concert
The variety of the lineup, ranging from great jazz to chamber music and brass band traditions, reaffirmed the spirit of a festival that, while rooted in the small town on the Gulf of Castellammare, looks with ambition toward an increasingly international dimension.
