Non-competitive walk La Terrazza della Val d'Aveto - Giancarlo Briggi Memorial

The tenth edition of the walk La Terrazza della Val d'Aveto - Giancarlo Briggi Memorial was held on Sunday, June 29, 2025, in Cattaragna di Ferriere, in the Province of Piacenza. A non-competitive walk certified by the F.I.A.S.P. Territorial Committee of Piacenza, it was organized by the Circolo A.N.S.P.I. Amici di Cattaragna in collaboration with the Municipality of Ferriere.

The edition offered the baby route of 4 km and the short route of 6 km, ideal for children and teenagers, the medium route of 9 km, with panoramic views, and the 14 km route designed to reach the summit of Monte Carevolo (1552 m) even for the less trained. The novelty for 2025 was the new 18 km long route, which touched the peaks of Carevolo and Cantone (1507 m) and extended to Monte Crociglia (1578 m). There were refreshment stops along the trails and food stands with traditional mountain dishes from the Piacenza Apennines.
