Nights at the Observatory 2025

For the 2025 edition, the Montedoro Astronomical Observatory, located on the summit of Monte Ottavio in the province of Caltanissetta, proposed two events: Sunday, August 10 for the Night of San Lorenzo and the night between August 12 and 13 for the peak of the Perseids. The Stargeo association guided visitors in observing the sky with telescopes and in the immersive experience of the planetarium, offering the possibility to stay outdoors, under the stars, until late at night. The evenings, without music or artificial lights, had limited capacity and mandatory reservation.
