Night of Stellar Excellences - Regional Sicilian Poetry Reading

The third edition of the Night of Stellar Excellences - Regional Sicilian Poetry Reading was held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM, at the Ducal Palace of the Princes Tomasi di Lampedusa in Palma di Montechiaro, under the artistic direction of Dr. Salvo Amato. The evening, hosted by Giusy Amato and model Giuliana Petrizzo, was sold out for the third year in a row.

Among the highlights was the singer from Favara, Tania Vinciguerra, who received the ENAC Art and Culture award. She performed the song L'alba della cultura, dedicated to Agrigento as the Italian Capital of Culture 2025, accompanied by choreography by Alessia Russo and music by the SiciliaeCantus group of the Gergent Cultural Association. Numerous awards were presented: from Culture and Dance to Sicilian Folk Arts and Traditions, the Sicilian Pastry and Cuisine Award, the Social Inclusion Award, and honors for journalism. The evening concluded with a gastronomic journey blending the flavors of Palma di Montechiaro and Licata.
