Night of Ancient Flavors

The 2025 Night of Ancient Flavors was held on Thursday, August 7, 2025, starting at 9:30 PM, among the alleys and courtyards of the historic center of Giuliano di Lecce, a hamlet of Castrignano del Capo.

Along the event route, visitors were able to stroll through food and wine stalls, taste local wines, and admire Salento handicrafts, while the village's open courtyards hosted street performers and entertainment. The evening's soundtrack was provided by live music from Lu Rusciu Nosciu, Kontrada Kalie, Havana Trio, and the Salento Street Band, followed by a final DJ set by Euphoria & Resident DJs.

As per tradition, the festival celebrated the flavors of rustic Salento cuisine and the identity of the village, confirming itself as one of the most characteristic summer events in the Castrignano del Capo area, in Salento.
