Edition 2025 — New Year's Day in Elva
On January 1st, 2025, Elva celebrated the start of the year with the traditional New Year's event organized by the EcoMuseo Alta Valle Maira together with the Pro Loco "La Deseno." An artisan market, Holy Mass in Borgata Serre, takeaway lunch, and the New Year's Concert in the parish church enlivened the day, with the Museo dei Pels open to visitors.
The 2025 edition of the New Year's Day in Elva opened at 10:30 AM with the artisan market, followed at 11:15 AM by Holy Mass in the parish church of Borgata Serre. In the afternoon, at 2:30 PM, the Elva parish church hosted the New Year's Concert with Valentina Meinero on the harp and Silvia Cina on the piano, followed by a snack offered by the Pro Loco "La Deseno" with hot drinks and panettone. During the day, takeaway lunch and visits to the Museo dei Pels were available.
