Edition 2025 — New Oil Festival

The 16th edition of the New Oil Festival took place in Cerveteri from Saturday, December 6th to Monday, December 8th, 2025, coinciding with the Immaculate Conception long weekend. The historic center, centered on Piazza Santa Maria and the nearby Piazza Risorgimento and Piazza Aldo Moro, hosted local producer stalls, new oil and wine tastings, show-cooking, conferences, crafts, and vintage cars for three days of celebration dedicated to the excellence of the Cerveteri territory.

New Oil Festival 2025 — 16th edition

The sixteenth edition of the New Oil Festival in Cerveteri was held from December 6th to 8th, 2025, enlivening the historic center during the Immaculate Conception weekend. The event, promoted by the Associazione Cerveteri 3.0 with the contribution of Arsial, confirmed its successful formula across Piazza Santa Maria, Piazza Risorgimento, and Piazza Aldo Moro.

The protagonists were freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil and local wine, with producer stalls, tastings, conferences on oil and wine, and the popular show-cooking sessions led by the "Giuseppe Di Vittorio" Hotel Management School of Ladispoli. There was no shortage of crafts, products with the Municipal Designation (De.Co.), and exhibitions of vintage cars and Vespas, in a festive atmosphere that attracted numerous visitors to the Etruscan village.
