Nero d'Estate – Festa del Tartufo Estivo

In 2025, Nero d'Estate – Festa del Tartufo Estivo enlivened Valtopina from June 27 to 29, confirming the summer version of the village's truffle tradition, in the province of Perugia. The star was the black summer truffle (scorzone), featured in itinerant tastings through the streets of the historic center.

The program included the vintage market, live music, truffle hunting demonstrations, and the extraordinary opening of the Embroidery Museum, during a weekend that combined gastronomy, craftsmanship, and conviviality within the community of Valtopina truffle hunters. The organization was handled by the Pro Loco of Valtopina as part of the National Association of Truffle Towns.
