Nebrodi Truffle Festival - Truffle Among the Flavours of Autumn

From 17 to 19 October 2025, Capizzi celebrated the 11th edition of the Nebrodi Truffle Festival, "Truffle Among the Flavours of Autumn". For three days, the historic centre of the village, in the heart of the Nebrodi Park (Messina), came alive with a rich programme dedicated to the Sicilian truffle.

Visitors were able to savour fresh grated truffle paired with cheeses, cured meats, and extra virgin olive oil from the Nebrodi, amidst tastings, show cooking, and taste workshops. There were also markets featuring local crafts, mycological exhibitions, conferences on truffles and the local area, excursions in the woods, and folk performances with live music. Admission to the event was free.
