Edition 2025 — Nebrodi Nativity Scene

For the 2024-2025 holidays, the Pro Loco of Maniace set up the Nebrodi Nativity Scene at its headquarters on Corso Margherito, once again featuring the scenic beehive structure made of vine shoots and the forty-five terracotta figures dedicated to the ancient crafts of the Nebrodi mountains. The display remained open, with free admission, until Epiphany.

During the 2024-2025 Christmas period, the Nebrodi Nativity Scene returned to the Pro Loco of Maniace headquarters, confirming its status as one of the most visited displays on the Etna side of the Nebrodi Mountains.

The large green mountain of vine shoots and moss, three and a half meters high, housed the terracotta and fabric figures engaged in ancient crafts - from the blacksmith to the weaver, from the baker to the cheese-making shepherd - around the re-enactment of the Nativity. The visit was free and open to families, school groups, and tourists throughout the holidays.
