Naturnser Gourmet Herbst / Naturno Gourmet Autumn

The 2025 edition of the Naturnser Gourmet Herbst (Naturno Gourmet Autumn) was held from October 18 to November 22 in the municipality of Naturno, South Tyrol. The program confirmed the festival's established structure: every week, the Falkenstein and Castel Juval Unterortl estates opened their doors to share the story of mountain viticulture, while Wine & Dine dinners at partner hotels paired gourmet menus with local wines. There was no shortage of evening tastings with South Tyrolean wineries and those guided by sommelier Franziska Steinhauser, exploring various wine regions. Visits to the winemakers of Kastelbell completed the calendar, confirming Naturno as a reference point for autumn food and wine in the Merano region.
