The Sigurtà Garden Park in Valeggio sul Mincio, in the province of Verona, offers with Nature and Health a series of evening yoga and pilates classes immersed in its gardens. A format that combines body discipline with the beauty of one of Italy's most awarded parks.
Yoga and pilates at sunset
The sessions are held in the evening, when the park becomes quiet and the sunset light bathes the lawns. Wednesdays are dedicated to yoga, Thursdays to pilates, with one-hour sessions led by qualified instructors.

Nature and Health — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of Nature and Health takes place from June 3 to July 9 at the Sigurtà Garden Park in Valeggio sul Mincio. The sessions are held in the park's evenings, from 7 PM to 8 PM.
Wednesdays are dedicated to yoga, led by Laura Orlandi; Thursdays to pilates, with Stefania Roverselli. Each session costs €9.
Programme Nature and Health 2026
2026 edition from June 3rd to July 9th, with evening classes from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the park gardens. One-hour sessions, open to both beginners and regular practitioners.
Yoga — Wednesdays with Laura Orlandi
June 3, 10, 17, and 24; July 1 and 8. A journey combining physical postures, breathing, and mental focus.
Pilates — Thursdays with Stefania Roverselli
June 4, 11, 18, and 25; July 2 and 9. A discipline focused on movement control and core strengthening.
In case of bad weather, make-up sessions are scheduled for July 15 (yoga) and July 16 (pilates).

How to get there
Parco Giardino Sigurtà, Via Cavour 1, Valeggio sul Mincio (VR). By car via the A4 motorway, take the Peschiera del Garda or Sommacampagna exit.
Cost
€9 per session for non-members; €9 for all classes for park members. Booking and payment at the park ticket office on the evening of the class (members may also book in advance); further details at www.sigurta.it.
