National Truffle Festival of Val Bormida

The 2025 edition, the 33rd, took place from October 3rd to 5th with continuous hours from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, centered in Piazza Italia and the historic center of Millesimo. For three days, the village transformed into a large market for Val Bormida truffles and local products, enlivened by stands from Ligurian truffle hunters and producers.

The program, curated by the Ligurian Truffle Hunters and Growers Association, featured show cooking, guided tastings, and popular demonstrations of truffle hunting with trained dogs. The event, with free admission, confirmed Millesimo among the capitals of Ligurian truffles and among Italy's Truffle Towns.
