Edition 2025 — Mombercelli Truffle Fair
44th edition — October 18 and 19, 2025
The 44th National White Truffle Fair of Mombercelli was held on the weekend of October 18 and 19, 2025, with television presenter Samira Lui as the event's godmother.
Saturday, October 18: At 3:00 PM, the "Along the Truffle Roads" scenic walk (approx. 6 km) departed from Vinicola Arno towards the Giant Bottle amidst the UNESCO Vineyard Landscapes; at 6:00 PM, in the Council Chamber of Piazza Alfieri, the "Tutto Bolle" masterclass dedicated to sparkling wines was held in collaboration with AIS Piemonte; followed by dinner at the fair in the evening.
Sunday, October 19: The fair opened at 9:30 AM with the gourmet market and agricultural fair; at 11:00 AM, "Tuber Magnatum Pico" took the stage with "Monferrato Excellence," featuring guests and cooking shows; in the afternoon, music with the cover band "14100," the national "Splendida d'Italia" competition for the title of Miss Truffle, the exhibition "Golia – A Giant of Creativity" at MUSarMO, and a photography exhibition on vineyards and truffles. Among the food stalls run by local Pro Loco associations, dishes included Fassona beef tartare, agnolotti, tripe with beans, and truffle ice cream.
