Edition 2025 — National Truffle Market Exhibition Fabro
The XXXVI edition
The 2025 edition, the XXXVI, was held from November 7 to 9 in Fabro Scalo, with completely free admission and «a new format and many innovations». Along Via Vittorio Emanuele and Via del Campo Sportivo, there were food and wine stands, stands from Campagna Amica - Coldiretti, Slow Food Orvieto, an animal exhibition, and craft stalls.
The weekend was completed with the Feast of San Martino in the main town, accompanied by the Sagra della «Torta sotto 'l foco» (Truffle Cake under the Fire), and the medieval re-enactment in Carnaiola. The fair confirmed Fabro's role among the Umbrian truffle capitals.
