Edition 2025 — Rivalba Truffle Fair
The 37th edition
The 2025 edition of the Rivalba fair opened on Thursday, November 6, with a conference in the small church of the Trinità on the importance of the truffle for the Turin hills. Friday the 7th featured a gin tasting titled "In principio era ginepro" and the evening opening of the gastronomic PalaTartufo with live music. Saturday the 8th hosted the "Expo della Collina", a showcase for local products.
Sunday, November 9, the highlight of the event, featured the agricultural and craft market, the award ceremony for the most beautiful truffle, simulated truffle hunting, and the "Le emozioni tra le bollicine" tasting. The fair was attended by Mayor Davide Rosso, the Trifole & Trifolè association, and local experts, with the collaboration of the Gruppo La Trona and the Pro Loco Rivalbese.
