Edition 2025 — Lombardy Meat
The 134th edition of Lombardy Meat took place in March 2025 at the Foro Boario in Rovato, confirming the historic appointment with the livestock exhibition, typical products, tastings, and the Gran Galà del Manzo all'Olio De.Co., the signature dish of Rovato tradition.
The 2025 edition of the National Lombardy Meat Fair renewed the long livestock tradition of Rovato, with the exhibition of animals, agricultural machinery, stands of typical products, and numerous food and wine initiatives.
In 2025, the Gran Galà del Manzo all'Olio De.Co. was once again one of the most anticipated moments, celebrating the signature dish of the Brescia Franciacorta at the Foro Boario in Rovato.
