National Fair of the Prized White Truffle

The 2025 edition of the National Fair of the Prized White Truffle confirmed Città di Castello as one of Italy's white truffle capitals. In the historic center of Città di Castello, the truffle market, show cooking with chefs, sensory analysis, the Village of Flavors with local products, and truffle search competitions with Lagotto Romagnolo dogs followed one another. There was also space for families with the Educational Woods and guided truffle hunting for children. A showcase of the Tuber magnatum Pico from the Upper Tiber Valley, where truffle hunting is a living tradition recognized by UNESCO.
