Edition 2025 — Naro Musical Living Nativity

The 2025/2026 edition of the Naro Musical Living Nativity took place from December 20, 2025, to January 6, 2026, in the spaces of Casa ContemplAttiva, the ancient Augustinian monastery in the historic center. Over a hundred performers brought the theatrical and musical journey to life, from artisan workshops to the Nativity cave, with acted scenes, live singing, and traditional tastings. Additional performances were held during the Epiphany.

2025/2026 Edition

The Naro Musical Living Nativity took place from December 20, 2025, to January 6, 2026, in the cloisters of Casa ContemplAttiva, in Naro, in the province of Agrigento, with evening openings (approximately from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM) and an additional round of performances during the Epiphany.

Conceived and directed by Massimiliano Arena for the Associazione Camico - iContemplAttivi, the show involved over a hundred performers, including actors, singers, and musicians, leading the audience along an immersive path through artisan workshops, Herod's court, and the Nativity cave. There were also tastings of traditional flavors, such as shepherd's herbal tea, Bethlehem couscous, and Galilee bread.

Admission was 7 euros, with free entry for children up to 7 years old and reservations made through the association's website.

Programme

Theatrical and musical journey through artisan workshops, Herod's court, and the Nativity cave, with acted scenes, live singing, dance, and traditional tastings. Evening opening (approx. 6:00 PM - 10:30 PM) with additional performances during the Epiphany (January 3-6).
