NaNo Film Festival (Calvizzano Stage)

Sixth edition of the NaNo Film Festival

From September 10 to 13, 2025, the NaNo Film Festival celebrated its sixth edition by expanding its venues: alongside the historic Teatro Area Nord in Piscinola, the Municipal Council Chamber of Calvizzano was included for the first time, in collaboration with the administration of Mayor Giacomo Pirozzi. The Calvizzano events opened with the "Culture & Territory" conference.

The program featured over fifty works from around fifteen countries, with six competitive sections and two parallel ones, including the Corto Campano section reserved for local talent. Among the guests and events were the presentation of the book "Vincenza Birillo" with actor Biagio Manna, recordings of the CineCraving podcast, the presentation of Dario Sansone's album "Santo Sud", and the new Industry Area with audiovisual professionals. Morning screenings by the European Film Club and book presentations dedicated to cinema were held in Calvizzano. All events in the Council Chamber were free and open to the public.
