musiKultur Taufers – Concert Season

The 2025 edition of musiKultur Taufers in Campo Tures (Sand in Taufers), in the Province of Bolzano, featured a wide-ranging program. Notable events included the "Stabat Mater" by Sir Karl Jenkins, for choir and orchestra, performed for the 75th anniversary of the South Tyrolean Choir Association (Südtiroler Chorverband) with the Auswahlorchester Südtirol, combined choirs, and soloist Anna Lucia Nardi, under the direction of Christian Unterhofer. The "Liberatio" concert brought together local bands and choirs in a program spanning musicals, opera, and famous pieces, from Leonard Cohen to Verdi. The season also hosted the painting exhibition "Hoffnung" (Hope), open from July 19th to August 10th, 2025, showcasing the association's commitment to uniting music and visual arts in the heart of the Taufers-Ahrntal valley.
