Edition 2025 — Musica in Quota – Alpe Pluni

During the summer of 2025, Musica in Quota once again brought the alpine pastures and peaks of Upper Piedmont to life with its unmistakable formula: guided hikes followed by free open-air concerts in some of the most evocative locations in the Verbano-Cusio-Ossola area. A festival that, for nearly twenty years, has combined trekking, live music, and the promotion of the mountain territory, giving hiker-spectators unique emotions between nature and culture.

Musica in Quota 2025

The 2025 edition of Musica in Quota confirmed the festival's vocation: bringing live music to the pastures and peaks of Upper Piedmont, particularly in the Verbano-Cusio-Ossola area. As per tradition, each event combined a guided hike with a free concert on a natural stage, accessible only on foot.

The festival, organised by the Musica in Quota Association, offered a series of concerts throughout the summer, promoting lesser-known alpine pastures and mountain locations and attracting a public of hikers and music enthusiasts. An edition that paved the way for the twentieth-anniversary celebrations in 2026.
