Music on the Street 2025: the first edition
The first edition of Music on the Street took place in the summer of 2025 in Laives/Leifers, in the province of Bolzano. The formula of the widespread music festival, with performances distributed along the streets and squares of the center, convinced both the public and the organizers, so much so that it became a permanent part of the "long Saturdays" calendar of LaivEstate/LeiferSommer.
Organized by the South Tyrol Musicians Association (Südtiroler Musikerbund), the event showcased musicians from the South Tyrolean region, offering the community an afternoon and evening of free, open-air live music. The success of this inaugural edition encouraged the organizers to re-propose the event in 2026 in a consolidated form.
