Edition 2025 — Music Festival

With the June 21, 2025 edition, Santa Cristina Gela inaugurated its participation in the Music Festival, the national celebration of the summer solstice. The first edition brought music and performances to the streets of the Arbëreshë village near Palermo, laying the foundations for a free, community-driven summer event.

On June 21, 2025, Santa Cristina Gela celebrated the first edition of its Music Festival, joining the great national network that transforms Italy's squares and streets into open stages every year. The small Arbëreshë municipality in the Metropolitan City of Palermo chose music as an artistic and cultural form of expression capable of telling the story of the territory's identity.

The event, free and open to all, enlivened the historic center with performances and moments of sharing, inaugurating a tradition destined to be renewed in the following years in the heart of western Sicily.
