Edition 2025 — Music Festival

The 2025 edition of the Music Festival in Messina was held on Saturday, June 21, with a rich program spread across multiple city locations. From the bands of the "Aosta" Mechanized Brigade in Piazza Duomo and Piazza Cairoli, to the concerts of the Youth Symphony Orchestra at the Palacultura, and the meetings and performances on Sicilian identity at the "Giacomo Longo" Regional Library: a day of free music for the entire Strait city.

The 2025 Music Festival in Messina took place on Saturday, June 21, organized by the Municipality of Messina and the Fondazione Messina per la Cultura with the Teatro di Messina, the A. Corelli Conservatory, the Regional Library, and numerous associations.

  • Piazza Duomo (11:30 AM) and Piazza Cairoli (7:00 PM): performances by the "Aosta" Mechanized Brigade Band.
  • Palacultura Auditorium (6:00 PM): "Classical & Cinema" with the Youth Symphony Orchestra.
  • Teatro Vittorio Emanuele - Sala Laudamo (6:30 PM): various concerts.
  • Palacultura - Arena Ciccio' (8:00 PM): music for the Sicilian language.
  • "Giacomo Longo" Regional Library: study sessions, bibliographic-iconographic exhibition, and performances on Sicilian musical identity.

All performances were free of charge.
