Edition 2025 — Music by Casella, Bartók, Reinecke
In 2025, the Hall of Honour of the Castle of San Giorgio Piacentino was again the hub of a musical season dedicated to chamber music, as part of the Piacenza Classica Festival and the summer series San Giorgio Piacentino in Musica. The concerts, with free admission by donation, featured duos and chamber ensembles with performers from the Piacenza region and the Scala area, including pianist Ivan Maliboshka, confirming the castle as one of the reference venues for classical music in the Municipality of San Giorgio Piacentino, in the province of Piacenza.
The series laid the groundwork for the 2026 program, with concerts designed to showcase unusual repertoires and ensembles in a historic and intimate setting.
