Mulberry Festival

The 2025 Mulberry Festival took place in Racconigi on June 7 and 8, confirming the city's bond with the silk tradition. The event, curated by the Sul Filo della Seta association at the Silk Museum in Piazza Burzio, offered a program full of appointments.

Saturday opened at 3:30 PM with readings for children taken from illustrated books on the theme of nature, continuing at 5:00 PM with the silk reeling demonstration and concluding at 6:30 PM with the concert of the "Musicanti anonimi" in the square's garden. On Sunday, at 10:00 AM, a walk led participants to discover the silk mills and the Racconigi countryside, between the Chicco and Manissero mills, the castle park, and the Ferrero nursery in Migliabruna, with cultural activities and tastings, before returning to the museum for demonstrations dedicated to silk.
