Edition 2025 — Carneval de Muja
The 2025 edition of the Muggia Carnival (71st) animated the town on the Gulf of Trieste with its eight historical groups, allegorical floats, and the grand parade, in an open-air theatre made up of thousands of masked participants and marching bands.
The 71st Muggia Carnival in 2025 confirmed the charm of the Carneval de Muja, with the eight historical groups busy in the preceding months building allegorical floats and preparing themes and costumes. The grand Sunday parade filled the historic centre with participants, marching bands, and floats, in a free-admission open-air theatre that concluded with the groups' awards.
