Edition 2025 — Mountain Fair

In December 2025, the Mountain Fair returned to San Giovanni Gemini, confirming the winter appointment dedicated to the flavors and knowledge of the Sicani Mountains. At the "Giovanni Scrudato" Sports Hall, producers and master cheesemakers presented cheeses, ricotta, meats, legumes, and local wines, alongside tastings, cooking shows, and moments of reflection on the agro-pastoral tradition of the Agrigento district.

The 2025 edition

The 2025 edition of the Mountain Fair took place in December in San Giovanni Gemini, in the province of Agrigento, renewing a tradition that has lasted for over twenty years. In the usual setting of the "Giovanni Scrudato" Sports Hall, the event showcased the products of the Sicani Mountains: the cheeses that made the town the "City of Cheese", along with meats, ricotta, legumes, oil, and local wines.

As in previous editions, alongside the exhibition stands, there were cooking shows, guided tastings, workshops, and discussions on the promotion of mountain agriculture, confirming the fair's role as the main food and wine event of the Sicani district.
