Edition 2025 — Sagra della Patata Rossa di Colfiorito

From August 8 to 17, 2025, Colfiorito celebrated its Red Potato PGI with the usual festival. Food stands offered gnocchi, baked potatoes, and the sweet potato ring cake, while the market exhibition, children's workshops, and live music every evening animated the plateau's square for ten days of celebration.

The 2025 edition of the Market Exhibition and Festival of the Colfiorito Red Potato took place from August 8 to 17 on the plateau of Colfiorito, a hamlet of Foligno. The Patata Rossa di Colfiorito IGP was the star of the food stands with gnocchi, baked potatoes, and the famous sweet potato ring cake.

Alongside the food, the market exhibition of typical products, children's workshops, and evening entertainment with live music attracted visitors from all over the region, confirming the sagra as one of the most beloved end-of-summer events in the Foligno mountains.
