Mostra Mercato del Tartufo Bianco Pregiato

The 2025 edition of the Mostra Mercato del Tartufo Bianco Pregiato confirmed its traditional placement in San Pietro Avellana (IS) in early November, between November 1st and the first weekend of the month. The stands hosted the best truffle hunters and sellers of the prized tuber, with the opportunity to buy and taste the white truffle and characteristic local recipes. The event, a twin to the summer fair dedicated to black truffle, reaffirmed the village's role among Italy's Truffle Towns.
