The 51st edition of the Mostra Mercato del Formaggio e della Ricotta di Malga took place in Enemonzo from September 13 to 21, 2025. Two weekends dedicated to Carnia's alpine cheeses, with live demonstrations, a craft market, folk music, competitions, and entertainment.

In 2025, the 51st edition of the exhibition animated Enemonzo from September 13 to 21, with stalls opening early in the morning and closing late in the evening. The festival featured Carnia's alpine cheeses and ricotta, live dairy-making demonstrations, a craft market, and plenty of folk music with groups like Carnia Day, Orchestra Caramel, Studio Folk, and Roby Music Folk. There were also nature walks, children's workshops, homemade cake competitions, and other festive moments, confirming the success of one of the most beloved festivals in the Friulian mountains.
