The Morazzone Carnival (Province of Varese) stands out for its original formula: alongside the traditional daytime parade, it offers a spectacular night parade with illuminated floats, accompanied by lights and DJ sets. It is precisely this evening event that has made the Morazzone carnival famous, transforming it into one of the most beloved events for young people in the area.

Floats and groups from all over the Varese area

The event attracts numerous floats and masked groups, arriving not only from Morazzone but also from neighboring towns such as Castronno, Caronno Varesino, Gornate, and Castiglione Olona. Among the protagonists are floats that have become "regulars," like the "Music & MOR," which has become a true local institution over the years. The town center fills with colors, confetti, music, and masks, in a festive atmosphere that involves both adults and children.

A community celebration

Organized by the Pro Loco of Morazzone together with the Municipality and local associations, the carnival is a moment of strong popular participation. The night parade, in particular, has managed to give a distinctive identity to this festival, capable of attracting a large audience and animating the historic center of Morazzone with traditional Carnival masks and the energy of live music.
